Deliveries - As extensive quantities of Leisurerite stock are held in the UK delivery is available within 3 (working) days of receipt of full payment or from date of cheque funds clearing. Softub orders may take up to 5 working days. This is for delivery anywhere within mainland UK ( Scotland , England & Wales ) and up to 10 days to the Scottish Islands and Ireland . Non UK stock items will take approximately 5 weeks delivery time.

Deliveries are scheduled anytime between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm on the day which Perthshire Country Spas Ltd. has agreed with you. Deliveries are between Monday and Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays. Where possible the customer will be contacted by telephone approximately one hour prior to the delivery being made, (as long as a contact number has been provided).

Perthshire Country Spas Ltd. are not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse weather, road obstructions etc. which are out with their control.

Delivery is to Kerbside and on the assumption that there is an unobstructed, sound access road which is adequate for access by a lorry to the delivery address. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that sufficient, suitable labour is available to unload the goods and to move the goods to the installation or storage site.

Carriage is charged on orders under £80.00. The cost of the carriage will be notified to the customer when ordering the goods.

Prices - All prices and offers are correct at time of printing but are subject to change and availability. Prices quoted to retail customers are inclusive of 17.5% VAT and delivery if over £80.00 in value. Wholesale and trade prices quoted include delivery, (if over £80.00), but excluded VAT.

Payment - We can accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Delta or Switch, by telephone or fax. We also accept cheque or money transfer. For UK stock items we will take full payment for items that are ready to ship. If you wish to defer delivery we will take a £500 deposit on all hot tubs, Softubs and gazebos and the remainder will be due immediately prior to dispatch of your order.

Confirmation - On receipt of your order, we will send you a written confirmation by fax, e-mail or post. When payment is received we will issue you a receipted invoice by post.

Damaged or defective goods - We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months, (or longer if required by law), from the date of delivery. Inspect your goods immediately upon delivery. If discrepancies, defects or damage are found you must inform us immediately. If a product appears to have a manufacturing defect do not use it. Do not install the hot tub unless you are completely satisfied, as we will not accept any claims for damaged items once it has been installed. Where the buyer has used or installed the goods such use or installation shall be taken as conclusive evidence that the buyer has accepted the goods notwithstanding that there is a defect in the quality or condition of the goods or that they may fail to correspond with their specification and the buyer in those circumstances waives the right to make any claim against the company.

You must accept full responsibility for the suitability of the goods ordered for the purpose to which they are put. If goods are delivered faulty or incorrect, you must advise us immediately, within seven days from the date of delivery. Do not open packs unnecessarily if a defect is found. If goods are found damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will opt to replace the goods or refund the price paid by you and arrange for collection and a full refund on receipt of goods at our warehouse or at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund. The company shall have the right to examine any goods which are subject of any claim or complaint after the delivery thereof. Save as aforesaid the company shall be under no further liability to the buyer in respect of the short delivery, defective goods, failure to comply with description or lack of quality, delay in delivery or in respect of any other complaint relating to the goods.

Installation - Installation can be arranged on request and may incur an additional charge to cover our costs – this charge will be agreed with us and the customer at time of requesting this service.

We can also provide a service to install or prepare a base or suitable surface for sighting your hot tub on but each case will be surveyed and priced in accordance with the specific situation.

We DO NOT provide an electrical installation service but may be able to put you in touch with a suitably qualified electrician to carry out electrical works.
